DIYOMX (“we”) operates the Drop (قطرة) mobile app on Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS). Package / bundle ID: com.diyomx.drop. This policy is the public privacy notice required by both stores. It also explains how to complete Google Play Data Safety and Apple App Privacy labels.
Drop tracks water intake on your device. No account is required. The app is intended for users 13 years and older and is not a Kids app or a medical device.

1. What stays on your device (not collected by DIYOMX)
The following is stored locally with the app. We do not operate a user database of this information, and it is not uploaded to DIYOMX servers:
- Sips, amounts, drink types, and timestamps
- Daily goal, weight, sex, activity level, and unit
- Reminder, fasting, theme, language, and sound settings
- Achievements and subscription status as stored by the app
- Any JSON backup you create
This is usage data for hydration tracking, not a medical record. Weight and sex are used only to estimate a daily goal. For store forms: treat this as processed on-device / not collected by the developer, unless you later add cloud sync.
2. What we do not ask for
Drop does not require name, email, phone, or sign-in. The app does not request camera, microphone, photo library, or location (GPS) permission. There is no account to delete. Removing the app or clearing app data removes local water-log data from that device.
3. Data that may leave the device (ads, stores, Google services)
The free version shows Google AdMob ads (banner; interstitial at most once per day after you reach your goal; optional rewarded ad to hide ads for 24 hours). Ads are requested as non-personalized. We do not request Apple App Tracking Transparency and we do not use location for ads.
Google and the app stores may still process technical data to deliver ads, billing, and the app. Typical categories:

A Pro subscription hides ads while it is active, which reduces AdMob traffic from the app. Store receipts still follow Google Play or Apple rules.

4. How to fill Google Play Data Safety
Declare that the app collects and shares data with third parties for advertising (Google). Do not mark Kids. Suggested mapping (confirm against Play Console’s current form):
- Does your app collect or share user data? Yes (ads / Google SDKs). Water log, weight, and sex stay on-device and are not collected by DIYOMX.
- Device or other IDs — Collected and shared; purpose: Advertising. Optional (free version). Not sold. Encrypted in transit.
- Advertising ID (Android) — Collected and shared via AdMob; purpose: Advertising.
- App interactions (ad-related) — Collected and shared; purpose: Advertising / analytics for ads.
- Approximate location — Do not declare GPS. Google may infer region from IP; if Play requires a location row for ads, choose Approximate, not Precise, and not from the device location permission.
- Health / Fitness — Not collected by the developer (on-device only).
- Personal info, financial card numbers, photos, contacts, microphone, camera — Not collected.
- Purchase history — Processed by Google Play; DIYOMX does not receive payment card details. Declare only if the form requires IAP apps to list purchase history as collected by the store / billing library.
- Data is encrypted in transit — Yes (HTTPS).
- Users can request that data be deleted — Yes: uninstall or clear app data for local data; AdMob/Google data via Google’s tools and diyomx@gmail.com.
- Committed to Play Families / designed for children — No.
5. How to fill Apple App Privacy (App Store Connect)
- Data Used to Track You — No. We do not request App Tracking Transparency.
- Data Linked to You — No. There is no account.
- Data Not Linked to You — Identifiers (Device ID) and Usage Data (Advertising Data, Product Interaction with ads), used for Third-Party Advertising / analytics for ads by Google. Diagnostics only if an SDK sends them; we do not include Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics.
- Health & Fitness, Location, Photos, Camera, Microphone, Contact Info — Not collected (not sent off device; permissions not requested).
- Purchases — Processed by Apple. Do not list card numbers. Product Interaction for IAP may be handled entirely by StoreKit.

6. Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) may show a consent form before ads are requested. You can reopen ad privacy options from Settings when Google requires that entry point. You may also use device settings (including Limit Ad Tracking / Advertising ID controls on Android, and Apple tracking settings).
7. Backups you export
Export uses the system share sheet. Import uses the Files / document picker for a JSON file. If you save that file in your own cloud, that service’s policy applies. We do not receive the file.
8. Children
Drop is intended for users 13 and older. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child under 13 used the app, contact us and uninstall the app on that device.
9. Security and retention
Network calls to Google and the stores use HTTPS. Local data remains until you delete the app, clear storage, or import another backup. We do not run a cloud copy of your water log. Third-party retention (Google ads, store receipts) follows those companies’ policies.
10. Your rights
Depending on your country, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of personal data. For data only on your device, use the app’s backup tools or delete the app. For ads or Google data, use Google’s privacy tools and email us. We do not sell your data.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above will change. The latest version is always at this URL. Continued use after an update means you have had a chance to review it.
