1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app to track water intake. The app is licensed, not sold. You may not copy the interface or reverse engineer it except as allowed by law.
2. Health notice
Drop is an estimate tracker. The daily goal is based on weight and activity and is not medical advice. Do not rely on it to treat dehydration or any condition. Seek a professional if needed, especially with kidney, heart, or fluid-restriction issues.
3. Data on your device
You are responsible for data on your device and any backup you export. Delete the app or clear its data to remove it from the device.
4. Ads and subscriptions
The free version may show ads. You can hide ads for 24 hours with a rewarded ad, or with a monthly or yearly Pro subscription that hides ads while it is active. Renewal details are in the Subscription Terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app unlawfully, abuse ads or store systems, or harm the service.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the goal is accurate or that stores or ads will always be available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages from use.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without limiting any mandatory rights in your country of residence or the app stores’ terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
